Personaity

Ian is a sparatic guy who wants to understand how everything works. Hes the main "science guy" at ringbase. Sometimes his curiosity can overwhelm others as he doesnt really know when to stop asking questions. he has good intentions and his discoveries have lead to many advancments in ringbase and its crew.

Power

Ians power is Vector, this C-Type power allows him to manipulate vector forces. he has an ok uptime at around 2.5 minutes with a recharge time of 30 minutes but these times vary a lot. He cant make vector forces only change existing ones. He is unable to apply vectors to a still object.
